David Jones, Managing Director
I lead the team to help ensure that we retain the culture, values and standards that our customers have come to expect from us. My core focus is 'team' and building an engaged and empowered workforce that drives the company toward our shared vision.
My passion is technology, especially communication technology and how it can be used to maximise the customer experience. Frontline is my passion and my one and only venture since leaving my former life as a professional musician. I have a degree in Music.
Nigel Jones, co-founder
I came to the business after almost twenty years as a police officer. As a Sergeant and later an Inspector, I learned the value of team work, honesty, discipline and supporting colleagues when times got tough.
Tricia Jones, co-founder
A dream I’d lovingly nurtured for over 5 years, Frontline was born in April 1999. I feel privileged to have been part of its inception and growth into what is today one of the country’s leading customer service providers. My absolute passion for creating environments where people can work, learn and grow and delivering effective communications has been the driving force in my commitment to excellence.
Ranging from nursing, sales to the entertainment industry, my life and work experiences are diverse. My skill base is equally varied, including NLP, coaching in a learning environment and a Diploma in Business Management incorporating Accounts and Finance, both of which I love!
Tracey Pollinger, Director of Finance and Facilities
I have been working at Frontline for 11 years. I began my journey as Accounts Assistant in 2004 when I joined the company to assist the Finance Director. Before I joined Frontline I spent 20 years working for Barclays Bank in a variety of roles. As Director of Finance and Facilities I am responsible for managing the day-to-day finances of the company, budget development and determining long range financial planning.
Sean Bland, IT Manager
first start working at the age of 16, and joined Frontline at 18 working part-time while at college, and during my placement year at university. My experience with Frontline inspired my final year project at university, where I researched emerging communication technologies and the effects they have on communicating to customers. After completing my degree I joined Frontline as I.T Manager, where I am responsible with supporting excellent customer service by ensuring all clients receive a bespoke business solution tailored to their needs.
